Northern Compass offers free virtual tutoring for students from Nunavut, the NWT, and Yukon. Whether you need help with an assignment, want to prep for an exam, or just need someone to talk through course material with, we can match you with a tutor.
Sign UpWho is it for?
Any student from Nunavut, the NWT, or Yukon who is in high school or post-secondary (college, university, trades, or upgrading). You don’t have to be living in your home community to access tutoring.
How does it work?
- You sign up, complete a quick call with our team, and we’ll match you with a tutor
- You can book one-time sessions or set up regular appointments
- Sessions are 30 minutes or 1 hour – your choice
- You can access up to 2 hours of tutoring each week
- Sessions are virtual and can happen over video chat or phone
Tutoring is at no cost to the student. All we ask is that you show up to the times you commit to, and give us 24 hours’ notice if you can’t make it.
