The Advanced Leadership Development Program is a new program for NYA Alumni who want to build their leadership capacity. Those selected will take part in coaching, activities and opportunities to help them build their capacity as leaders and to achieve their goals (no matter what those may be).

The Alumni in the ALD Program will work together and learn from each other to leverage resources and opportunities. NYA will share new opportunities and resources with the ALD Program Participants.
